MyDigiCart reserves the right to refuse service and close any user account at its sole discretion.

For any reason, if you want to close your MyDigiCart account, you can do so by sending us an email using your registered email ID. In order to avoid any recurring expenses, it is recommended to follow the correct procedures and ensure that the account is properly closed and this contract is terminated.


No refunds will be given after the payment is made to us, the digital business card provided to the client will be based on the design and layout chosen by them, however if any customization is needed to the selected design, we will consider the changes to redesign the card.


Depending on the type of subscription you registered, the account will be invalidated. MyDigiCart does not assume any responsibility for any consequences caused by the interruption. However, an alert will be sent to you about the expired registration email ID via email, and you should extend your subscription to keep the card valid. The lifetime validity period refers to only 5 years of access time without any renewal fees, after which you must pay the renewal fees as planned. If you need new features beyond the plan, you must pay additional fees.

Payment Changes

We can change the fee at any time by posting a new pricing structure on our website and/or sending you a notification via email. If the fee structure changes, your current plan will continue to expire and/or will provide you with upgrade options. Increase on the pricing structure may occur on real time circumstances and applicable taxes will apply as per the government rules.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume full responsibility for any loss that results from your use of the Website and the Services, including any downloads from the Website.
